In addition, we are also able to help obtain financing on auction properties, with funding in person at the County Courthouse the day of the auction. This funding will typically finance 75% of the purchase price and is unique due to the typical issues lenders have with auction financing.
In addition to rehab and construction completion, we can also help with land loans. Our loan to value on land typically falls out between 30% and 50% of the value of the land. We can also help finance commercial properties, including industrial, mixed use and unique property types.
For long-term investors we are also able to offer five, seven and ten year terms on our San Diego hard money loan programs.
